  • What's included in the $750 monthly rent?

    Water, sewage, electricity, internet, and trash disposal are all included

  • How do I reserve a site?

    Click the "Reserve A Site" button located on the top of the page, or under the three lines if you're using a mobile device.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes! When you and your pets stay with us, you are expected to keep dogs on a leash and monitor all pets outside of your camper. You are also expected to clean up after them and be mindful of neighbors. 

  • What if I need to arrive or leave in the middle of the month?

    While you are charged a full month's rent when you arrive, your second month will be prorated reflecting the number of nights you stayed in the first month. If you need to end your stay in the middle of the month, be sure let us know before the first of that month! We will accomodate your rent price to the number of nights you will be staying during that last month. 


    Please communicate with us! We want to be accomodating to your arrival and departure dates, so please let us know when you will be arriving and departing. We do not give refunds if you pay for a full month and don't stay for the entire duration.

  • Do you charge a deposit?

    We do charge a deposit when you make a reservation. This deposit is $100, and is refunded to you as long as you meet these conditions:


    Your site is left clean with no damage or left items.

    You follow through with your reservation. (Cancelled reservations will not be refunded a deposit)

  • Where can I receive mail?

    The address we use for mail is 1051 Roark St. Chase City, VA 23924.

    Make sure to include your site number for larger packages. 

    There is an oversized mailbox at the front entrance that is shared among all RV'rs for mail.
